we have a helpdesk system that runs on server with IIS SMTP. users can email to a certain address(xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx) that get's routed from GWIA to the helpdesk server and it works fine. the email creates a ticket for us and replies to the gw users email account and that part works fine. the problem is that when the groupwise user replies to the email that came from xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx the "To" box never populates with the full email address. what we get is the "user" part of the email address but not the @domain part. for example the helpdesk app sends email To:gwuser@gwdomain.com from xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx . gwuser replies to this email only to get the xxx in the "To" field.. gw 8.0.2 agents and client on sles 10.. 8.0.2 clients on windows. there are two email addresses that the helpdesk email from. xxx@xxx.xxx.xxx and aaa@aaa.aaa.aaa . one of them works fine when replying to it but the other truncates the "To" field.. neither email addresses are groupwise addresses...
