So, I reset a user on the server this morning (about 4 hours ago) and they are still sitting at "Queued".

Usually it only takes about 1-2 minutes for that status to change...

I've restarted all the services, restarted the server, etc. Nothing I do seems to affect it.

Unfortunately, I can't delete and re-add the user because adding new users to the Groupwise connector doesn't work anymore.

Thoughts? Where do I look for errors here?

The horrible thing is that, email aside, the user now has 0 contacts because I deleted the Activesync stuff from his phone (SOP before resetting them on the server because the server initiated phone resets function so horribly).
