We recently (2 months ago) upgraded to GroupWise 8.02 from 6.5. I was just told that users can overbook "Conference Rooms" now.

I looked at the rules on a differnt resource and noticed that it seems not to be processing the "delete\decline" action correctly when there is a conflict. The "appointment" is not accepted in the resource's calendar when there is a conflict, but the sender's calendar shows the appointment. I know the "reply" action works in the rule.

Is anyone else getting this problem? Maybe I am doing something wrong....
