I have a NW5.1 SP5 and BM 3.7 SP1 server that has VPN up and running.
Any
user that connects to the server that has a valid internet IP address
is
working just fine... they authenticate and ping into my system just
fine.
Anyone that has a private address (172.16 or 10. etc) and is using NAT
to
connect is not working. They can authenticate, but once that complete
they
cannot ping anything on my network.

I have setup a test environment here and tested this scenario using
Netware
as the NAT server. I get same results... if you have a private
address, you
cannot ping anything on my system. I've tried various VPN clients and

nothing seems to work. I've disabled all filters during testing and
disabled the use of access rules. I can see the private address
connected
via the VPN Monitor in nwadmin, and under the VPN Member activity I
see
bytes sent and received, but the client just can't talk to the
internal
network.

Any hints of things to check would be greatly appreciated!
