We are running Mobility Pack SP2 and syncing Nokia e63 phones using
Nokia Mail for Exchange. Everything is working fine, except one user
out of ten. That user cannot sync his contacts. I have tried copying
his contacts to a new address book, then selecting that address book in
the Mobility web console; rebooting Mobility; restarting the phone;
starting a complete resync from the Nokia device. None of the above
started a sync of his contacts. Does anyone have any suggestions?
