This is my first post on this site, so my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section.

I have a user, running Groupwise 8.0.1 on Windows 7.
The issue happens very sparadoically so I am not sure what pattern it is following (if any).

When she comes in the morning, and logs on, she will start Groupwise.
It then opens up Groupwise, but then immediately goes "Not Responding" and then fails to load.
(She has to End Process to shut it down) - but notify stays open.

Then, if someone sends her an email Notify picks up the Alert, she will click OPEN and she can read the message and Groupwise is running fine.

I've checked Windows Event Logs and this is the closest match I can find,

The program grpwise.exe version stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
