Hi! We are running ZCM 10.3.1 here. I created a policy that installs an iPrint printer on a Windows 7 Pro x64. The installation seems to finish correctly. But I then get the error message "Authentication failed". So I tried to disable the firewall, I changed the "iprint.ini" file on the server with the option 3 (Only add Workstation Printers. No permissions required. All users have rights to install, view, modify, or delete iPrint printers even if the Windows workstation has been locked down. Non-iPrint printers are not affected.). Nothing seems to works. I always get the "Authentication error message"! The printer I need to deploy is a HP Laserjet 4015 using the "HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (v5.2)" driver. So does anyone know how to correct this? Am I doing something wrong somewhere?
