I have a customer with a site-to-site VPN connection over ADSL. On the
main
office, all servers are located - including av Windows 2000 terminal
server.
On the other site, I have 4 users running Terminal services client and
a LPR
printer

The VPN connection itself looks OK - no error messages etc.But one of
the
users complains of loosing the TS connection quite often - 2-3
times/hour. I
have started a ping session on the TermSrv pinging the complaining
client
and the result is 100%. When the problem occour, the client screen
"freeze"
for app 1 minute, and then she get the "The connection to Terminal
Server is
broken...." The 3 other users have had problems earlier, but they
disappeared by the "no reason"-reason.:-)

Interesting enough, when the ping traffic increase from i.e. 1 ping
each 5.
sec to 1 ping each sec. The connection for the client is more stable -
maye
only one disconnection/hour.

Anyone got an idea/clue etc?
