I have been dealing with a problem that contains this verbiage:
POLICYHANDLERS.CommonClasses.HandlerTimedOut{launc her configuration policy} with the Zenwork Config Policy that we push out. It is predominately happening in our computer lab environments. We push applications out through the start menu. I have roughly 75+ applications that load every time that a user logs in and it will be growing. We allow all our students, staff and faculty access. I have looked at the zen-message log file for many of the machines, but I really can not tell what is going on. I assume that there is a cache file that is being read in every time a user logs in and that cache file is being filled causing the policy to timeout. But like I said that is a guess. Has anyone had these issues and if you solved them, how?! I am working on a full blown deployment of Windows 7 with ZCM this summer and I need to get this fixed or at least an idea of what what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need any other information.
