About once a week, one of the Netware servers goes down and there are hundreds of letters and numbers going down the screen. After turning it off and rebooting, it is stable for about another week or so. I have pasted the log below. Should replacing the motherboard resolve the issue?

Thank you,
Jason Rothwell

Additional Information:
There may be some bad memory either on an adapter card or on the motherboard. If the problem continues, try replacing the main system memory or adapter cards to prevent future parity errors.
