I'm laughing at how absolutely stupid or lazy some support people can be.
I send an e-mail to a company we work with asking for support. The
response I get is 'before we can proceed I need to know what facility you
are with'.

That in and of itself isn't a stupid question. I'm laughing because my
e-mail to the company contained not only my facility name, but my job
description, facility phone number, and address of the facility. The
cherry topping is the fact that our e-mail domain name matches our
facility name.

And they wonder why I am actively pursuing another software vendor to
replace them.
