We are running Groupwise 8.0.2 and we have installed the Datasync server version 1.0 build: 183.
When we started out, everything was fine. Calendars synced ok, so did contacts and email. Well over the last couple of days our user have stopped receiving their emails automatically. The only time they get their emails is when they go into the app themselves and perform a re-sync.
I created a flatfile on the server to test the path and each user is receiving their messages in the /tmp/outbound folder which means that the email is passing from Gwise through the Gwise connector and into the flatfile. So the problem lies somewhere in the Mobility connector or the phone.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Also, is this the most current version of the Synchronizer?
