We have upgraded a workstation from GW 6.5 Sp6 to GW 8.0.2 client, and the user is reporting an issue with the Spell Checking feature. Basically when the user creates their email message, the Spell Check option is grayed out, further they have their GroupWise set to check email messages before sending them outbound, and that is being skipped. I have tested with sending a message outbound that was filled with errors and the message still was sent. This has been seen on random users, the current option is to uninstall GroupWise and then try to re-install, is this the best option?
