I have one user that always has email messages that are unreadable. They have a pin icon beside the message, and when they open it, its just a blank email message. Doesn't happen to all emails just a few of them and only every few weeks. It has been happening for a while now, and I can recall that it was a problem in version 7 as well.

Has anyone else seen this?

Any fixes?
