We have a business email account that has an auto reply rule setup. When someone emails the account the auto reply works but it only works once. If the same user emails the account a different day they will not get an auto reply. They won't get an auto reply ever again. Has anyone come across this?

We have GroupWise 8.0.2hp1 installed on SUSE 11.1 The GW client where the rule was setup at may be GW 8.0.0
