I have been charged with "admin" roles for our old GroupWise system. We have migrated from GroupWise to Exchange. There are still a couple of POs that are running for legal retention purposes. I am trying to reset a users password in console one. it will not take the password change. I have restarted the MTA and the PO. i have also run an analyze/fix on the mailbox and the PO.

Does anyone have any ideas what my be causing the issue? I am sure that i left out some info.
