My employer has asked me to prevent all employees from emptying their trash (long story I won't go into). I have done this but I have run into an issue with web access (8.0.2). It seems that a user can log into GroupWise web access, go into their trash, open a deleted email, and purge it from the system using the purge command. This only works IF you open the email in the trash. It does not work by merely selecting an email from the list and using purge.

What am I missing here?
