I'm new to BorderManager and am trying to use it to setup a VPN
connection
to the office from home.

System:
Netware Small Business Suite 5.1 SP6
BorderManager 3.7 SP2
Windows 2000 laptop BM VPN client and Netware 4.83 client
1 NIC card in server
SET NAT DYNAMIC MODE TO PASS THRu=on
NAT implicit filtering Enabled
Broadband modem/router connection to the Internet
static external ip address on router provided by ISP
internal ip address of router 192.168.0.100
ip address of server 192.168.0.10
vpn server address 10.0.0.1

Use VPN LAN client to login via dialup(Netware login disabled):
VPN connection is established, confirms connection to tree and NSBS/BM

server, external IP address of router is displayed as the server being

connected to. Use Client32 to login to NetWare - tree or server
cannot be
found
Cannot ping 192. addresses

Using VPN LAN client to login via LAN(Netware login disabled):
VPN connection is established, confirms connection to tree and NSBS/BM

server,ip address of NSBS/BM server is displayed as the server being connected to. Use Client32 to login to NetWare - success

When I check the VPN logs in NWAdmin32 it's clear that the VPN
connection
is being made using the NDS user id but the problems comes when trying
to
login to Netware using dial-up

Any help much appreciated.
