I have a user who receives notification when he receives a email. However, when he sets up a appointment, he doesn't receive the notification 5 minutes before, like he sets it. The notification isn't working for appointments only. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening?
I've checked all the settings and this happens no matter what PC he uses. Thinking it might be the client, but it seems to follow the user.
