    Looking to implement iFolder

Our current production network is OES2 SP2a.

Would it be best at this point to implement iFolder using an OES2 SP2a server or OES2 SP3?

Am I reading that there is an issue with OES2 SP3 iFolder version and clients?

thanks for any input into this very important project,

    Lin

    Hi
You might be better off asking that in the respective OES forum.

    Re: Looking to implement iFolder

I have iFolder3 running on OES2SP2a. It works good. I'm in no hurry to go to SP3. Maybe this summer. The only problem I have is with the MAC clients. The new MAC clients don't seem to work. So I backrev'd them and now they work good.

Here is what I'm currently using:

    Windows client = 3.8.0.7
    MAC client = 3.8.0.4

    Re: Looking to implement iFolder

Thanks for feedbacks. It sounds like I should start with OES2 SP2a server and it's version of iFolder. I like hearing where things are working great.
I need to get a clean OES Sp2a environment before adding a new variable. I still have a few OES 1 SP2 servers hanging around which need to be removed from tree.

My test server is an OES2 SP2a and I've been able to get the Windows client working on XP and Windows 7. Haven't tried with Mac yet, but I am sure a user will want their Mac at home.

    thanks,
    Lin
