Well, the discussion with Novell in terms of this SR is;
"As we currently have only a very limited amount of reports on this as
the only devices with the issue are nokia e75/e72 the defect is a
little more then average in priority"

I can on one hand understand that point, but on the other hand;
Last update causes DATA-LOSS for the customers !

In Europe, I'd say that Nokia E-series phones arent that unusual,
quite the opposite. So, anyone beeing affected by this issue should
really open their own SR's for this, maybe referring to the existing
SR; 10679800341, and hope that this will raise the level.
