i have a question: we want to implement a workflow that is a rudimentary "ticketing" system. is it somehow possible to generate a report based on the entries of fields?

setting it up is not the problem: reporting is what has us scratching our heads.

we want a report / listing of maybe: filed "customer" or field "issues" and have it sortable down a columnt. i found a way to display a column based on the info of a field in the form, but guess what? the column is always displayed empty.
