The situation with Nokia E-phones and mobility is bad.
Either we have phones not syncronizing or we have users for who we've
done a re-initialize and they then re-occuring will loose mails,
contacts and stuff in the calendar.

Worth pointing out;
Doing a Hard-Reset of the Nokia and setting up the sync from scratch
DO seem to get around those issues.

( Hard reset = *#7370# )
NOTE; Hard reset off course means that everything on the phone is gone
