Good Morning,

Several people (including myself) are experiencing trouble with their GroupWise client, where the client does not refresh the mailbox automatically. In other words, Notify reports that there are new messages that haven't been read yet, but those messages don't appear in the mailbox until you click on another folder, then click back into Mailbox to refresh it manually.

I did a Wireshark trace on my computer and had someone send a bunch of e-mails to me at the same time. Wireshark reported numerous bad header checksum errors between source (my computer) and destination (GroupWise server). For example:

Header Checksum: 0x0000 [incorrect, should be 0xf48d]
[Expert Info (Error/Checksum): Bad Checksum]
[Message: Bad Checksum]
[Severity level: Error]
[Group: Checksum]

Presumably, this might have something to do with my mailbox not refreshing itself automatically? I took a screen shot of these errors but, unfortunately, can't attach it to this post.

Any idea what would be causing these errors or this problem? I'm running GroupWise 8.0.2 build 90840 client on Windows XP Pro SP3, but have had this issue with GroupWise 6.5 and 7.0 clients as well.
