Our system: DataSynchronizer 1.1 (build 315), SLES 11.1 (64bit)
GroupWise 8.0.2hp1; NetWare 6.5.8

I have two issues/questions:

ISSUE/QUESTION 1:
Recently when I've needed to restart the GroupWise and Mobility
connectors, I can easily shut down the GroupWise connector, but the
Mobility connector gets stuck in a "Stopping..." state. After waiting
about 5-10 minutes I do a "rcdatasync restart" to completely restart the
data sync engine services to get everything back on-line. Stopping the
Mobility connector used to take 20-30 seconds, so it appears to be
hanging for some reason.

Our datasync server only syncs data to 3 Android phones currently as
part a of a pilot test, so there is very little load on the server. Any
idea why this won't shut down properly? We have had problems getting
e-mail to sync to the phones, so I don't know if this is related.

ISSUE/QUESTION 2:
I also get regular (several times hourly) "Invalid User Name" errors.
Is that normal? A recent restart of the sync engine resulted in
"Invalid User Name" errors being generated at a rate of 1 per second:

This continued until I restarted the sync engine again. Is this just a
glitch, or a sign of bigger issues that need addressed?

Thanks,
