While AFP in OES2 on linux has been a successful way for MAC users to access files on NSS volumes without a client, I understand there is no AFP support when using DST primary and shadow volumes.

I am setting up our first OES2 Linux servers to migrate data from Netware servers. I would like to create clusters and utilize DST. Do I have to upgrade from OES2 SP2 to SP3 to get a supported option to mix Windows, Linux and MAC access to our NSS volumes?

With AFP not supported, what is the best method for getting client-less access?

Has the upgrade from SP2 to SP3 been successful as I have seen posts in the OES2 Linux forum that there are issues?
