I have a user on a Motorola DroidX that came to me yesterday saying that he was not receiving his emails like he should. Said he would have to manually re-sync the account on his phone to receive anything. These are the steps I have taken up to this point where I am now lost!

I deleted and re-added the user to Datasync. I got nothing. After re-adding a second time, I checked the user on the Monitor page of the web admin and I have multiple emails, contacts, and calendar events showing up as pending items with the /inbox increasing as he gets new emails. I started info logging in the dafault.pipeline1.mobility-Appinterface.log and this is all I have seen in about 10 minutes time-
