My question concerns "Third Party Downloaded" in the action box of email sent. I have read and understand that if a person uses a mobile device or if groupwise does not recognize the server then the action box will read this message.
The subject above has several issues:
1. Some people who are sent an email have "Third Party Downloaded" attached to it and have never used this access? They only open the emial through groupwise itself.
2. I emailed the IT department and the email sent to them had "Third Party Downloaded: attached to it. When I discussed it with them they assured me it was as stated adownloaded through a mobile device, yet now in the action block it states "Read". It changed.
3. One email had been sent to an entire department, yet only select few showed "Read" the rest about 30 in all show "Third Party Downloaded" in the action block.

Can this be explained?
