We just got all new Galaxy S phones for our department. Pretty cool. One problem... When the phone is rebooted, the phone formats itself back to factory defaults. This only happens if the security policy on the Mobility Connector is enabled. The phone is using Android 2.1 and doesn't seem to be carrier dependent.

Server is configured as follows:
Mobility Pack 1.1 (343)

Enable Device Security Policy: Checked
Require Both Letters and Numbers: Unchecked
Minimum Password Length: 4
Inactivity Time: 5
Reset Device after Failures: Unchecked

Has anyone else run into this problem? I think it has to do with the Samsung has implemented Android 2.1. The two carriers in question have not made 2.2 available yet.
