I have a few users on the system, they have been told its in its testing phase, and to expect outages. I have the original cert generated by the install. I am going to replace that with a purchased Go Daddy cert. The whole SSL this is confusing. I have a CSR file, and a KEY file that we've generated by following the instructions on Go Daddy. I also have a gd_bundle.crt, and a <domainname>.crt file. I haven't a clue how these go together. I didn't download them, and I an not sure if they are in the right format.

wiki says:
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
private key data
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
certificate data
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

I believe this means I should copy MY generated KEY file, and the <domainname>.crt file together to a pem file? Do I need an intermediate for a godaddy cert?
