Our CIO is complaining about his GroupWise performance. Just opening and searching times are very slow. I donít have this problem and it seems that only a few people here do. These are people with a LARGE volume of email in the mailbox and not using folders like most of us. Is there a rule of thumb on how much mail to keep in the mailbox before it is to cause problems? I seem to remember a number like 5,000 but canít seem to find any supporting documentation. I really need this ammo since our CIO was from an exchange shop and keeps hinting of leaving GroupWise. Please point me to a supporting document!!!
