Hi All,

I have an issue with a user policy for Terminal Services on server 2003. We are using it to enforce policies for our citrix environment for remote staff.

Basically, we have 2 types of staff. Those that work in the head office, and those that work in the regional offices.

All staff are associated with a standard user policy for their general use of computers. This is only configured for XP workstations and works without issue for all staff.

We have created another user policy to affect staff logging in via Citrix remote desktop. This user policy works for everyone except those in our regional offices. It is associated to them, its applied in the effective policies, yet it does nothing for staff in just this one container.

Can anyone lend a thought as to why staff in one container and below wouldn't be effected by the policy?

The environment is a NW 6.5 SP5 server running ZDM 7.1
