Hi Folks,

Bare with me, this is my first time communicating in a forum. I have a ZLM environment, below is the details of the environment:

* Primary ZLM Server running postgresql with 2 secondary ZLM servers
* All 3 systems are SLES 11 (they have not yet been updated to SP1)
* All 3 systems are VM's in a VMWare ESX 3.5 farm
* OS is 64bit
* Postgresql version 8.3.5-2.15
* Primary server has 2 cpu's and 12GB Memory
* Secondary servers have 2 cpu's and 4GB Memory
* Followed the text book installation and everything seem to install correctly, did this about 1 year ago
* We have approximately 5000 clients

Things have been running fine until about a month ago. Postgresql was restarted and since then we have had many issues:

1) I can no longer replicate to the secondary servers
2) I continually get error messages on the clients:
ServiceManager (ERROR): Service Refresh Failed: Download failed: (https://ourvip.ourserver.com/zenwork...sles-11-x86_64) The remote server returned an error: (404) Cached bundle info not found.

I downloaded the nagios check_zlm_zen_queue.sh tool and the last 2 days that I have ran the tool it shows a consistent 5 in-prog.

When I run ps aux on the primary server there are several idle in transaction processes from weeks ago.

I have several distributions that need to get out to my PoS devices and am in desperate need of help in resolving this issue.

I would be grateful for any suggestions you can provide!
