a customer had their NC_PRODUCT table corrupted (no idea how, but they
are pointing their finger at the april PRU). Somehow some entries got
overwritten with bad data (i.e. skype is now detected as some other
What's the process that updates that table? Is there a way to
restore/repopulate that table with the correct info?
I've already opened a SR with Novell and I'm waiting to hear back from
them, but perhaps you guys can give me a quick fix...
