This is only affecting one user and is device independent. When the user is added to mobility and then the exchange account is added to a device (New white iPhone 4 thru Verizon, or windows mobile, or black iPhone 4, or an iPad) the initial synch goes through just fine. It shows his mailbox as it was when the initial synch happened when added to mobility. However, any new emails that come through to his mailbox are not showing on his device. Also, the user can read an email that is on the phone and it will show read in GroupWise, and he can also send emails... just not receive them on his device. His GroupWise client on his computer seems to be operating normal. His account in Mobility is showing normal as well... thoughts?
