I am sure this has been asked before, but it is becoming such a nuisance to us that I must ask it again.
I am fully aware that OpenOffice is used by Kablink only, but as Novell is developing both apps you might have a look at it anyway (as the Kablink forum is not that active).
Open Office (on Windows) crashes when someone uploads a file into Vibe that is not on the "Black List" (to be excluded from indexing). This is extremely annoying as I have to update the ssf.properties file at least once a week (and restart OO every day more or less). It would make more sense to have a "white list" (i.e. "only convert these types of documents").
