GW 8.2 on Windows 2008r2 cluster. I have an external user using Outlook 2007 connecting via IMAP to his GW account. When someone sends him an appointment it does not pick it up in the calendar or give him an email. I can send an appointment from my GW client to a test account using Outlook IMAP and it goes directly to the Outlook calendar. If I delete the appointment it cleans it up from the Outlook calendar. Does anyone know of a setting that may need to be changed for him to receive these appointments? If I perform the same test with my user, he never receives the appointment.

Just an fyi. He is also using Novell Data Sychronizer to get email on his iPad and iPhone and receives the appointment on both devices. Shouldn't have anything to do with it, but, I thought I would throw it out there.
