An application that run as a service on Windows 2008 R2 need to access network files but it can't for an unknown reason.

Process Monitor shows me that the process try to go to the correct network path (QueryOpen) but the result is BAD NETWORK NAME and this just after a FAST IO DISALLOWED.

(for exemple, I see \\servername\data\folder1\folder2\myfile on the path)

The user does have the right to access these folders.
The Novell Client IR6 is installed and the registry keys were created according to the Novell documentation to use the feature "log on as a service" with Novell Client IR6.

In Console One I can see that each time I restart the service the user connects to the Tree with the right password.

Thanks in advance :-)
