AFAIK all users but one are syncing properly.

I've tried removing the account from the enabled group, restarting the
services waiting until it is deleted and then adding it back. I can
configure the account on an ipad in this case, but no messages are
displayed. The account appears normal and synced in the mobility
monitor. Any help or suggestions on troubleshooting would be much
appreciated. I've deleted the account from the ipad and recreated it.
