My Win7 laptop users are intermittently getting:
"Unable to login to the ZENworks realm because the system has disconnected from the network and the specified credentials did not match with the credentials cached on the system."

This is happening to them when they are booting up off of my AD network, usually at home where their personal wireless network is available. My assumption is that the laptop automatically connects to the home wireless network and then tries to authenticate to the ZEN server which is not available. Once the user logs into my VPN, when they attempt to login to the ZENworks Application Window, they are successful.

In my same environment, the XP laptops do not have this problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to change to avoid this error?
