We BM v3.8 VPN to our site (via ADSL connection) but don't login to Novell. We just purely access services available via IP like the Intranet site, Citrix, SQL, etc.

During an eight hour working day, 4 or 5 times in that period we suddenly cannot access any IP address yet VPN is still running. If we disconnect THE VPN client and then connect again all is ok again until the next time it happens. Auto Keep Alive is switched on and shows in teh client as running.

Anyone else experiencing this? What could cause this and how can it be rectified.

We are running BM v3.8.1 and the latest version of the VPN client v3.8.3 (I think)
