We are running GW 8.0.2 on NW 6.5.5

This particular user is operating in caching mode. On May 11 (over six weeks
ago) the user sent an email to another employee. Since then, everytime she
opens GroupWise, the email gets resent.

It has the original time and date and i can find no sign of it in sent
items, either in the online or cached mailbox.

Any ideas?
