Got a user who initiated a remote mailbox folder while on the road that was invalid. When back on our LAN, attempts to launch the client result in:

'can't find Remote Mailbox Folder, do you want to create it'

Either answer fails.

Thus far found some advice regarding registry:

check the registry key: HKCU\software\Novell\GroupWise\LoginParameters\Mod e
See what the default setting is set to - it should be "Master"

Is this good advice? Simply make the change at the registry? Better method?
