I have a customer (law firm) who is looking for an IT Manager. Here is what
they have:

3 locations, ~100 employees total all managed locally in the Denver (Inverness)
area. Denver has about 80 of these employees.

NetWare
SLES 10
Windows 2003 Server
Unix (accounting system)
GroupWise
Nexic Discovery (archiving software)
BES (probably need to add Novell Data Syncronizer)
NotifyLink OnDemand
MS Office Suite
WordPerfect
Citrix XEN Servers
Case and Document Management System
Sonicwall
Site-to-Site VPN between sites
All Windows workstations
iPads
Blackberries (of course)
Android devices
Various processes use LDAP authentication

I.e., really quite a bit for a 100 user implentation I think. If I count it up
on my hands <g>, I think they have about a 15+ servers for various functions.

They have a desktop applications guy to do a lot of the routine daily work, but
need someone who can really just step in and understand this network overall.
They are looking to interview soon, and have the job filled in the next 60-90
days.
