I am currently running GroupWise 8.2 in on Citrix ZenApp 5 and lately we have been having issues with users connecting remotely through Citrix ZenApp 5 on Windows 2008 SP2 (WorkGroup). On Ocassion, a user authenticates through Citrix, clicks on the GroupWise icon, and the mailbox opens of another GroupWise user (seems to open mailboxes of users that are heavy Citrix users). If they logout of the Citrix and log back in, the user can open their mailbox with no problem. happens randomely maybe once a month, and I cannot seem to duplicate it. I have a ticket opened with Novell and Citrix, but no luck. Has anyone had a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated.
