We had some kind of hiccup where datasync was unresponsive and did not pickup up event notifications for a couple hours. Mobile devices were received a "the remote server is not available" error during the trouble. Consequently, some devices are missing changes made during the outage. Rather than re-initialinzing the 80+ users individually, is a way to kick off a re-initialize command for all the accounts?

As an aside, which log should I review for clues as to what was happening during the outage? Oddly, the web admin page was up responding and showed no errors other than a PO being behind a few notifications during the trouble.
