I recently deployed the Agent Patch 2a for all my clients in the hopes of fixing several issues witht he OS (Windows 7) Primarily a shutdown issue that seemed to hang. After the patch a lot of the issues did resolve but I have a new probablem with my HP ProBook 4520s laptops. Immediatly after the patch I had two end users complain that the DVD/CD drive stopped reading disks. They also stated that in order to get Windows 7 to boot up they have to push the drive into the case further. If they leave it in without pushing on the drive Windows 7 hangs and never provides a login screen.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?
