Hello all,

I am having issues with RTMonitor and BM log files. The problem seems to be that I am losing connection to the log files and I am not sure how to troubleshoot that.

I am running BM 3.9 SP2 on NW 6.5 SP7.

The server is in its own container and that container is it's own partition in the tree.

The log files are Common with a max size of 10MB. We only keep 2 weeks worth of files. The logs go to a separate volume; <volume name>:logs.

I have also tried Novell Internet Access Manager but it gives me an I/O 64 error when accessing the log files.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
