I am running ZCM 10.3.3 on SLES 10 SP3 plus OES2 SP3 Linux. In the last week I am getting a lot of errors that are very similar. They all look like:

Device Alias: zcmwinproxy
Device IP Address: 10.11.101.13
Error: [9/8/11 2:16:07 PM] BundleManager GenericActions.UserSessionUnavailable

That is all that I get in the email message that is sent to me by ZCM. I have no idea what this means. Does this mean that there is a problem on my Windows proxy server that I have for ZCM since the ZCM server is a linux box? Or does it mean that some WS that gets updates from the Windows proxy server is having issues?

If I look in the Configuration | System Information | System log for a corresponding message at about the same time I see

Full Message: GenericActions.UserSessionUnavailable{}
Additional Information: None
Severity: Error
Date: September 8, 2011 2:16:07 PM
Acknowledged Date: None
Source: /Devices/Workstations/zcmwinproxy
Message ID: GenericActions.UserSessionUnavailable
Probable Cause URL: None
Log ID: 899dec54504d02fac583320e1187ed45
Related Objects: /Bundles/Install/iPrint Client

Does this mean that ZCM was trying to install the iPrint Client on the Windows proxy server? That doesn't make any sense as the client is already on that server. I have not been pushing down any machines in this week.

What is the 'Log ID'? What does it do?

Then if I look at the next message I get another very useful message that doesn't even mention any related objects. Again, is this an error on the Windows Proxy Server?

Where can I go to find out how to decipher these very cryptic error messages?

Thanks,

Dan
