    Error viewing bundle status

    When I try to refresh the status of a bundle to check on the deployment I get "The bundle status is currently not available because an error has occurred during ZENworks data migration. To troubleshoot the issue, see loader-messages.log or contact Novell Support (http://www.novell.com/support)."

    This error is from a ZCM 11 SP1 system. Three primary servers are Windows Server 2008 R2 and 1 is SLES 11 SP1 x32. The error occurs regardless of which primary server is used. The zone has been upgraded from ZCM 10.2 throught all of the versions until 11 SP1.

    Also, the bundles that are receiving this error were not migrated from ZDM7.

    Same problem here (not only for bundles, for policys also).
    By now no solution found.

    Novell solved the problem today.
    In our case Novell Support creates the table "StatusMask". That table was missing in the DB after the SP1 update.

    We are experiencing the same error when viewing both Policy & Bundle Status information. It also, appears we are missing the same table "StatusMask" as previously mentioned. Does anyone know what the properties values are for this table? We have just upgraded to ZCM 11.1a and just discovered this posting.

    StatusMask

    We do run two Zones, and we are only seeing the problem in one of the Zone. We did check comparisons on both databases and we do not have any tables in either databases called "StatusMask".

    I would recommend by starting with a ZENworks Diagnostic Report (ZDC)
    and seeing what errors it finds.

    It appears we have no errors with "Database Verifier", and "Zenworks Content Verifier" also check ok. However when ZDC check File verification we have several errors (see below). All exisiting files are in a consistent state.
